You also agree that you are an authorized user of any credit card / bank account that you supply to our payment partner or you and us agree that we have an obligation to fully investigate any possible fake credit card use.

You are as the individual responsible for all use of the account, whether someone you have given access to the account causes damage or not. You know this includes but is not limited to; violation of the hosting account due to carelessness on your part.

Your account will be setup after receiving payment and we or our payment partner(s) have screened the order(s) in case of fraud. It is your responsibility to provide us with an email address that is not @ the domain(s) you are signing up under.

No advice or information given by iiO Host or its agents or employees shall create a warranty. iiO Host provides no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted or error free or that any information, software or other material available on the service is free from viruses or other harmful components. Under no circumstances iiO Host would be responsible for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, or extensive damages that result in any way from your use of or inability to use the service, or for third parties use of the service to access your Web space, or to access the Internet or any part thereof, or your or any third parties’ reliance on or use of information, services, or merchandise provided on or through the service, or that result from mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion of files, errors, defects, delays in operation or transmission, or any failure of performance.

In case of Website designing iiO Host will charge 50% payment in advance and the pending on completion of the project. In case of not paying the pending amount in given time period, then your account could be suspended. We will give you time frame about completion of your project. If there is any delay during the project due to vendor (This is what we face many time in past that client send us advance payment, then not provide the required material on time) then we are not responsible for any delay in completion of work. In case of no response longer than two months from client towards his project, his order should be cancelled and any advance fee will not be refunded in that case. Our website development quotations are valid for 30 days.

iiO Host reserves the right to terminate a sub account of your Multiple Domain Hosting Plan or Reseller Plan at anytime and without notice if found violating the acceptable use policy. All rights reserved.

You are agree to pay appropriate payment for the services received from iiO Host in advance of the time period during which such services are provided which is not refundable. In case of Website designing iiO Host will charge 50% amount in advance and the pending on completion of the project. You agree that until and unless you notify iiO Host of your desire to cancel any or all services received, those services will be billed on a chronic basis. iiO Host can change charges/rates of any or all the services at anytime.

Your use of the service is at your own risk. We are not responsible for files and data residing on your account. You are responsible for files and data transferred and to maintain all appropriate backups of files and data stored on our servers. However we offer free of cost backup service for all WordPress Hosting, Business Hosting, Unlimited Hosting (Limited to 10GB max space). If any domain fall in above said hosting plans and contain data under 10GB of total account size will be included in automated backups. Where our server takes 3 backups in each month such as 2 in a week and 1 monthly i.e One backup on Monday and Second on Wednesday then Third on 1st of each month “Dates or days can be changed server wise” All those backups can be restored upon request. We do not offer backup option in Budget Hosting Plans. For VPS / Dedicated Servers we are not offering any backup service along with them. You can get our Backup Plan for your Dedicated / VPS Server. Other than this you are fully responsible for the data.

Hosting – Domains: iiO Host reserves the right to cancel the account at any time. Customers may cancel their account at any time. Company gives you an unconditional 30-day money back guarantee only for shared hosting packages. But (Domains / VPS / Dedicated Server / Certificates will not be entertained for refund). Refund requests after 30 days will not be negotiated. Accounts cancelled by iiO Host do not qualify for the money back guarantee. Only first-time accounts are eligible for a refund. For example, if you’ve had an account with us before, cancelled and signed up again, you will not be eligible for a refund. Accounts where a free domain is included through iiO Host will be deducted at $12 from total / current .com, .net domain price (As domain will remain usable for whole year. You may take your domain anywhere after refund if needed). Accounts that are purchased after the demo are not eligible for a refund. To cancel an account, the client must inform before the expiry date of account. The accounts are due for renewal payment after expiry date. If an account is canceled after the expiry (or is suspended due to nonpayment) no data will be available until the pending invoices are paid. Website Development: To start a website / web based application development we always acquire 50% or in some cases 100% advance payment depends upon nature of the project, which is always asked while discussing the project. Once project completed you have to clear all the pending dues on decided / due time frame failing in may result of website / project suspension. Any project which is over due for more than 30 days will be terminated permanently and all your advance amount and work data / files will not be refunded back.

Phishing is illegal on our network. If we found any hosting with phishing content which leads visitors to some fraudulent activities will be suspended instantly without any prior notice. We will ask for a proper reply in this case and website will not be activated until we got a proper answer from you. Normally customer doesn’t aware of such issues because he has not uploaded such content but still its client’s responsibility to upload legal, protected content. Null, copy righted, poorly written script always cause to such issues. Normally hackers spread out such content with null plugins, themes, null php scripts. So you are always requested to uploaded well written and purchased content.

You are allocated a monthly bandwidth allowance. This allowance varies depending on the hosting package you purchase. Should your account pass the allocated amount we reserve the right to suspend the account until the start of the next allocation, suspend the account until more bandwidth is purchased at an additional fee, suspend the account until you upgrade to a higher level of package, terminate the account or charge you an additional fee for the overages.

On all of our shared hosting plans which include MSSQL or MySQL databases, MSSQL and MySQL databases are limited to 100MB in size by default. That this limit is ONLY on the data file… we don’t count the trans log in the size, and we don’t put a limit on it. You can increase this limit as follows up to a max of 500MB: MSSQL $2 /month/100MB MySQL $1 /month/100MB If your database needs are over 0.5GB (500MB), then our assessment is the db is not appropriate for a shared hosting solution, and needs a dedicated/virtual server due to resource consumption associated with databases of this size. Email Usage is categorized as per package wise:

• In Shared Hosting Plans single email id can have max space of 500MB and whole hosting account is limited to 10GB space for total email usage.
• In Lifetime Hosting Plans single email id can use 250MB per Email ID and whole hosting account is limited to 5GB space for email usage.
• Configure your email account’s on outlook to store your emails data on your local computers.
• Hosting account will be suspended if single email id or whole hosted account cross above limits.

Servers delivery time is not fixed, usually servers available online within 1 to 12 hrs, but it can take more time due to un-availability of hardware. All servers comes without backup solution, company will not be responsible for any data loss in case of like hardware failure / human error unless you have take a backup solution also. Our all servers are semi-managed with standard hosting server features only, for fully managed solutions you will be charged extra for maintenance / installation services. For cancellation of VPS or Dedicated Server you must need to launch a cancellation request before expiry date. After Expiry date re-activation or late fee charges are applied which will be applied.

iiO Host is basically following USA copy right act which is not allowing copying any content which you don’t owned. If we got any complaint against such copyrighted content then we will email you to remove it. If you think you are the real owner of that particular content then you have to come up with proof. Failing in reply within 24Hrs will suspend your website. If any website continue such activity in future will suspend permanently and there will be no refund for such customers as we have this very strict policy.

Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold iiO Host harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney’s fees asserted against company, its agents, customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by its agents, employees.

iiO Host will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. we makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide and we disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, no deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by iiO Host and its employees.

Such information may include but is not limited to name, mailing address, telephone numbers, email addresses, credit card information and other. Users provide all such information voluntarily through various order forms, email messages sent to iiO Host , Live Chat, telephone, etc. All personal information collected by iiO Host is treated as strictly confidential.
